Live Arrival Guarantee

All of the plants and livestock we sell are backed by our live arrival guarantee. If you believe you received dead plants, you must send us a photo of the plants in their original packaging within 2 hours of when the item was delivered. This policy ensures you receive quality items and, at the same time, allows us to keep our prices low by combatting fraudulent returns. 

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will generally provide you with the option of receiving a replacement or a refund (though the options may vary based on each unique situation).

Refunds Processing

If you qualify for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
